A Facebook group has been created: CMW Once On This Island
Cast members, their families, and crew can request to be added to the group.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR: There are 2 Saturdays that we have to change our time for rehearsals due to rehearsal space conflicts. We will rehearse on March 10th from 3:00-6:00 pm and April 7th rehearsal will be from 3:30-6:30 pm.    

Mark your calendars" for the CMW fundraiser : Culver's Scoopie night on Wed March 7th 5-8pm. More info later

COSTUMES: Please remember to bring in any items that could be used for costumes WITH YOUR NAME ON THEM. We still need PEASANT TOPS, BROOMSTICK SKIRTS, CAFTAN SHIRTS and WHITE on WHITE FABRIC.

COSTUME COMMITTEE: Please come join us on Saturdays during rehearsals......We have a BIG cast and A LOT of costumes, so we need all the help we can get!

SHOES: Please remember to bring in your DANCE SHOES if you have them. If you are ordering shoes, ORDER THEM SOON so you have time to properly fit them and get used to them.

ABSENCES: If your child will not be at rehearsal for any reason not already on your registration, please call CMW as soon as you know at 422-2930 to notify us.

T-SHIRTS: There is a t-shirt order form for cast and families. If you did not place an order on your registration and want a t-shirt– please sign up on the order form and pay Sandy or Kim. The cost is $15 per shirt. Deadline to order is 2/18/12.

PROGRAM ADS/SPONSORSHIPS: CMW is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. We are always in need of sponsors. If you own a business or know of anyone who does that may be interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact CMW at 422-2930. We have several different sponsorship levels available. In addition CMW offers businesses the opportunity to advertise in our programs for a very minimal fee.  See Kim Kidd most Saturday’s or call her at 422-2930 if you would like to place an ad in the program. Donations, which are fully tax deductible, are also graciously accepted and very appreciated.
HAPPY ADS: Place a happy ad for your little “star”
Happy Ads are available for purchase for the show program. These are to be used as personal messages supporting cast and/or crew members and may be purchased by cast members, families and friends. Forms are on the table at rehearsal and may be turned in to Kim or Sandy. Ads are due NO LATER THAN MARCH 17th.

Kohl’s Scholarship Program: Kohl’s is offering a scholarship to youth ages 6-18 still in school (cannot have graduated yet) for exemplary volunteerism. Please go to kohlskids.com for form and instructions to nominate someone. Form will be available between February 1-March 15, 2012.

VOLUNTEERS: PLEASE remember to sign the volunteer sheets that are lying on the table outside of the gym. This can be done as you are dropping your child off in the morning or picking them up in the afternoon.

TeenStock:
CMW has launched its new teen program, TeenStock. TeenStock will be forming a teen leadership committee soon so make sure you join us on facebook for more information.
Building Our Community through the Arts.
TeenStock is devoted to building better communities and citizens by educating its members to be a positive force that supports service organizations and local charities. TeenStock is for students aged 13-20. Request to be added to the facebook group: CMW TeenStock
