What's On Your Shirt?

A one-act comedy
by Lisa Cripps-Downey
Labels. Everyone has one. Some are stereotypical. Others are unique. But nearly all are formed by someone else’s opinion. The question is who really has the power to define who you are?
Shirt Powers explores this very question.
Six characters meet unexpectedly not knowing where they are or how they got there. More importantly, the only clues they have to go on to solve the mystery are – quite literally – the shirts on their back. it’s through their discussions we discover the real difference between what people see and who we really are.
CMW's anti-labeling, anti-bullying play is available to local schools and runs about 1 hour.
