rehearsals and again during final rehearsals.
PARENT/VOLUNTEER MEETING:
For those parents who
are working with kids in ANY capacity – backstage supervision, makeup,
stage-crew:
You must attend a meeting to review CMW guidelines
on working with children, to
clarify your
job duties,
and to sign a waiver. A background check will be performed. You
MUST sign this form to be admitted backstage or anywhere the children will
be. These meetings will be held the final week of rehearsal.
